5 ways to Volunteer

Volunteer at The Darcy J. Foundation and make a difference! Our Twice the Love volunteers help sort and wash, create customized bundles filled with essentials, stock our warehouse and so much more.

SORT, WASH & STOCK DONATIONS

Help ensure that every donation is of the highest quality (no rips, tears or stains), machine wash them and stock the storage with these items. It is with your help that we can ensure that every item we distribute is something that you would give or use with your own children or ones you love.

DISTRIBUTION DAYS

Assit with signing in registered parents. Our volunteers will also distribute the prepackage bundle of clothing & supplies to each parent.

CUSTOM PACKAGING

Create bundles that are filled with clothing, blankets, hygiene items and other essentials. With help from our volunteers, Twice the Love provides these packages to registered parents, organizations and babies in need throughout the South Florida Area.

DONATION DAYS

Assist with directing our donors to the correct collection bins, registering new parents and helping us move all donated items to our storage facility.

BEA

Assist with CEO follow up calls and be a positive presence in their life. Chaperone career preparation field trips.

HOST
YOUR OWN CLOTHING DRIVE

The new and like-new items you collect on behalf of Twice the Love will go directly into the hands of parents and children living in South Florida. We will work with you to determine high-need items to collect, coordinate the drop-off & pick up of a collection bin and make the process seamless & successful!

Host a diaper dive at your school, office church or temple benefiting The Darcy J. Foundations’ Twice the Love Program

Host a baby shower collecting baby items.

Ask for donations to DJF in lieu of gifts at a party

Children can host a lemonade stand or bake sale at home or school benefiting Twice the Love – consider having a drive for essential items at the stand!
